Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Compensation $120,000–$145,000 base salary + 25% target bonus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct partnership with the VP of Accounting, with meaningful exposure to executive-level decision-making Leadership role within a mission-driven renewable energy organization positioned for long-term growth Ownership of complex and high-impact accounting areas, including PPAs, tax equity structures, HLBV, and joint ventures Opportunity to influence transaction structuring and accounting outcomes—not solely reporting Broad visibility across investors, lenders, auditors, and senior leadership Key Responsibilities Lead technical accounting research and application of U.S. GAAP for complex transactions Oversee consolidated financial reporting and month-end close across multiple entities Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidation processes Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and investor/lender reporting Develop and strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures Mentor and develop team members while driving operational efficiencies and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) Active CPA license required 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4+ years in a leadership capacity Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, including partnership and consolidation accounting Experience with HLBV, tax equity structures, or project-based accounting environments preferred #ManagerFinancialReporting #AccountingJobs #FinanceJobs #INAPR2026
