Compensation & Opportunity This is a statutory W-2 commissioned role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build a long-term business and residual income stream. Average Revenue Ranges: Years 1–4: Approximately $92,597 – $183,762 annually Years 5+: Approximately $740,000 – $2,434,435+ annually This is not a salaried position . What You’ll Do As a Financial Advisor with Hyde Park, you will help clients live more and worry less through a personalized and relationship-driven approach to financial planning. Your Responsibilities Include: 1. Build Develop relationships within your network and community Acquire and serve clients through trust-based planning Learn and understand Northwestern Mutual’s financial products and strategies 2. Educate Continue professional development through sponsored licensing and registration Utilize planning software, reporting tools, and illustrations to educate clients Expand expertise in: Personal financial planning Investments & advisory services Retirement planning Asset & income protection Trust services Education funding Business planning solutions 3. Influence Guide clients toward informed financial decisions Present tailored recommendations with confidence and integrity Help families and businesses protect and grow their wealth 4.
