First Financial Federal Credit Union of Maryland is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve as a trusted Member Service Specialist. In this member-facing role, you’ll provide personalized banking support, open and manage accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, and offer guidance on everyday financial decisions. You will respond to inquiries, resolve account issues, educate members on products and digital services, and cross-sell appropriate solutions.
