About the Role As a Financial Wellness Expert , you will provide compassionate, non-judgmental financial counseling to clients nationwide through phone-based services. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal finance, committed to helping others navigate financial challenges, and motivated by continuous learning and professional development. This Role May Be a Good Fit If You Are Interested In: Working remotely from a home office Obtaining HUD and National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) certifications Learn about The HUD Exam Providing customer service via phone, chat, and email Personal finance and financial education Continuous learning and skill development Working scheduled shifts consistently and punctually Position Requirements Compensation: $20.35–$23.00 per hour, based on location and eligibility for bilingual incentives Ability to work remotely from a designated home workspace Full-time availability: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts Willingness to obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training Certifications are not required to apply but must be obtained to continue in the role Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred, but not required Work Schedule (Eastern Time) Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: Biweekly rotational shift required All working hours are based on Eastern Time. Candidates must be able to work this schedule regardless of their local time zone.
