Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with professionalism and enthusiasm Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend wine pairings or menu items to enhance the dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a seamless dining experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining service or upscale restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting Previous host/hostess or serving experience in a nightclub or hospitality setting is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently and foster guest relations through attentive service Join us in creating unforgettable dining moments!
