Fine Gardener

Seasonal Fine Gardener- April-November Fine gardener wanted for a private estate located in Hampton Falls, NH. Qualifications Previous fine gardening experience preferred, but not required Good communication skills Attention to detail Willingness to learn Ability to lift 40 pounds Able to pass background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical Responsibilities Under the supervision of the lead gardener, the fine gardener would perform daily gardening tasks.Gardening tasks include but are not limited to pruning, deadheading, dividing, weeding, mulching, composting, raking, edging, watering, and planting. Maintain the health and aesthetics of shrubs, perennials, and annual planting beds Hours:Monday- Friday 7:00- 3:00, seasonally adjusted as necessary Keep grounds free of leaves, litter, and debris (twigs, branches) Apply mulch, compost and amendments as needed Remove spent flowers and foliage from perennials, annuals Divide perennials as needed Edge garden beds as needed Plant and maintain annual plants and seasonal planters Please send your employment/education experience, reference list and a note explaining your interest and abilities to Dave at dhoffman@bayberrynurseries.com Job Type:Seasonal Pay:$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
