We are a fine gardening business that creates and maintains residential gardens, using horticulture knowledge to provide a detailed, thoughtful plant care for our clients.This role is ideal for someone who:Enjoys working independently Loves to work outside Notices details Takes pride in how things look Likes caring for living systems What you'll do:Weed, prune, deadhead, apply mulch and soil amendments Monitor plant health and soil conditions Keep beds clean, edged, and visually balanced Be the regular face our clients see on their property What we offer:No mowing or hardscape labor 4 day work week Uniforms Paid breaks and travel between clients Competitive pay for skilled, thoughtful work Flexible with paid days off We are hiring for three areas :Topsham/Brunswick/Bath Portland/Cape Elizabeth/Scarborough Windham/Gorham/Standish Each location has an area with about a 30-minute travel radius, and we are looking for candidates that live locally in each area, or willingness to drive.Seasonality We are open March to November.Work starts and stops depending on the weather.Generally, in April hours available between 25-35 a week, May-Oct is 30-40 hours a week, and it tapers down in November.We are open to working with your schedule and availability.We have 2 full-time positions open and 2 part-time.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours:20.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Application Question(s):Do you have experience driving a pickup truck?
