Hoffman Landscapes, Inc . is seeking an experienced Fine Gardening Crew Leader to lead and support a team caring for distinctive properties throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties. This role is ideal for a confident, hands -on leader who enjoys both leading a team and working independently on fine landscape details. No two days are the same - each property, garden, and season brings new challenges and opportunities. This is a seasonal full-time position from April to mid-November with potential for overtime as needed during peak season. Responsibilities: As a Fine Gardening Crew Leader, you'll enjoy a dynamic role that combines leadership, independence, and hands- on work: Design, plant, and maintain seasonal containers and planters throughout the year Perform routine planter and garden maintenance Lead, and support a fine gardening crew in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Monitor plant health, including staking, deadheading, and removing damaged or diseased material Weed in beds if needed while visiting a property Perform basic pruning of perennials and small shrubs As
