Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fingerprint Operator & Marketer to join our innovative team.In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality fingerprint data with precision and efficiency.Additionally, you will actively promote our fingerprinting services through targeted marketing efforts, engaging potential clients and building strong business relationships.This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic marketing skills to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.Responsibilities Greet clients & answer general information questions as it relates to fingerprinting Perform fingerprint services by operating livescan unit to collect and submit electronic fingerprints Interact with CJIS and other key stakeholders in the fingerprinting process Maintain transaction data, collect fees, and preform daily recon analysis as needed Perform notary duties and take/email/print passport photos Perform mobile fingerprinting services when needed Perform HB486 or PreEmployment background checks as needed Promote our fingerprinting services through outbound calling, telemarketing, and warm calling strategies to prospective clients Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase service awareness and attract new business opportunities Utilize CRM software Monday.com to manage client information, track leads, and monitor sales activities Qualifications Great customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive client experiences Functional with most office tools College degree Prior livescan fingerprinting experience a plus Marketing/sales experience a plus Pay:$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
