OverviewJoin our dynamic manufacturing team as a Finishing Department Worker, where your skills will help transform raw materials into high-quality finished products.In this energetic role, you will be responsible for executing precise finishing operations, ensuring products meet strict quality standards, and supporting the seamless flow of the manufacturing process.Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to delivering exceptional results to our clients.This position offers an engaging environment for individuals eager to develop their technical skills and thrive in a fast-paced production setting.Duties Clean parts pre/post finishing Mask parts using tape, plugs, liquid latex, etc Remove masking using cotton swabs, paint brushes, plastic blade, solvent, etc Set up and use rubber stamps to mark parts Use of hand tools to install/remove hardware if needed Maintaining work area and equipment used Utilize and maintain all required safety equipment.Wear and use required safety equipment (respirator, eye and skin protectors), handle and dispose of hazardous waste properly.Requirements Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time performing repetitive motions Blueprint reading and interpreting technical information in line with work travelers for required work Walking, pushing, and pulling of carts Carry and lift up to 20lbs Familiarity with hand tools, tooling setups, and basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment:This position operates in a finishing shop environment and may involve exposure to paint fumes, airborne dust, loud noise, and temperature variations.Proper PPE (respirators, gloves, eye and hearing protection) is provided and required.Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
