Finishing Technician - 2nd Shift This Finishing Technician position is located in the Wilmington, M area and is a contract-to-hire opportunity.The company is known for its commitment to innovation in the medical device industry, ensuring high-quality products that improve patient outcomes.Shift of the Finishing Technician:3pm-11:30pm Pay Rate/Salary of the Finishing Technician:$20-23/hr plus 10% diff Responsibilities of the Finishing Technician:Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships across the organization.Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Production Department and work towards those goals.Understand assigned quality and delivery targets, and consistently meet or exceed expectations.Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions.Perform blasting, hand-finishing, and polishing of metal medical implants post CNC machining.Qualifications of the Finishing Technician:Demonstrated English reading and writing skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, hectic, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team.Finishing Technicians Apply Today!
