What Youll Get $60K$80K base salary (based on experience) 1.5% commission on contract sales (paid quarterly) Additional annual bonus opportunities Typical schedule of 7:00 AM 4:00 PM with flexibility Overtime paid at 1.5x Work on large commercial projects ($2M$5M range) Clear path into Sales Estimator or client-facing role Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Why Estimators Choose This Role Direct impact on project wins and company revenue Opportunity to grow into sales and client-facing responsibilities Work with experienced teams across estimating, engineering, and operations Exposure to advanced tools, including AutoCAD and Spincad High-value projects that challenge and grow your skill set What Youll Do Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fire sprinkler systems Review blueprints, specs, and bid documents Perform takeoffs using AutoCAD and Spincad Design systems to support estimating efforts when needed Identify risks, cost savings, and value engineering opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning bid strategies Support proposals and assist with client presentations Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors What You Need 5+ years of fire sprinkler estimating experience Design experience strongly preferred Experience estimating large commercial projects ($2M+) Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Spincad Strong understanding of construction workflows Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs NICET Level II or higher preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Hiring Process Apply today Quick phone screen Interview Start date Lone Star Fire Sprinkler, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
