Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a high-performing team Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols to maintain quality standards Handle cash management, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and inventory control with precision Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies Monitor restaurant performance metrics to meet sales goals and control costs effectively Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and excellent customer service Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise Proven leadership skills in supervising teams, training staff, and managing shifts efficiently Ability to oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and budgeting processes Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; experience in casual dining or hotel settings is a plus Effective communication skills for interviewing, staff training, and team development Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This opportunity is ideal for those eager to lead with energy and passion in the food industry.
