Key Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of first article parts and assemblies to verify conformance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Utilize a wide range of precision measuring instruments and equipment, including CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators. Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T callouts to ensure accurate measurement and evaluation of critical dimensions and features. Document inspection results thoroughly, including non-conformances, deviations, and findings, utilizing designated quality management systems and reports.
