We are seeking an experienced Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of their students. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state and national curriculum standards Provide instruction in a variety of subjects, including language arts, math, science, and social studies Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed Provide tutoring and early intervention services to students who are struggling academically Collaborate with other teachers and education administration to develop and implement school-wide initiatives Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies Write progress reports and communicate with parents about their child's academic performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field State teaching certification required Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other special needs Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and support staff Familiarity with library services and resources We offer competitive salary packages, health benefits, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
