Job Description
Prepare and cook menu items in assigned stations according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation throughout shift. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards. Follow all sanitation, food handling, and workplace safety procedures. Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience in a full-service food and beverage operation. Must possess basic knowledge in recipe preparation. Must pass a cooking exam and skills test.
