Full-Time Mate Wanted Seeking a full-time mate for a multi-boat program on Viking Sportfish 56 and Mussel Ridge Down East 42 in the Northeast from mid-May through mid-November, and in South Florida from mid-November through mid-May. Preferred Experience Sailfishing – live bait and dead bait Bluewater fishing in the Northeast and Bahamas Giant bluefin tuna fishing Inshore fishing in the Northeast Terminal tackle rigging Dead bait rigging Ability to operate a center console vessel General vessel maintenance and detailing Maintain and Organize Tackle Trip Preparation and Provisioning Owner and Guest Support Prerequisites Valid driver’s license Valid passport, or willingness to obtain one Ability to Pass background check and Drug Screening Qualifications Self-motivated Organized Strong communication skills Professional demeanor Positive attitude Compensation based on experience.
