The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fitness Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our private club's fitness center.This role requires a strong leader who can ensure an exceptional member experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-equipped facility.Responsibilities Supervise fitness center staff and ensure excellent customer service standards are met.Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of fitness equipment and the facility.Develop and implement fitness programs and personal training services for members.Monitor member usage and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.Manage scheduling and payroll for fitness center staff.Collaborate with management to promote fitness center services and special events.Requirements Previous supervisory experience in a fitness center or related environment.CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise programming.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.Excellent customer service and organizational skills.Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 - $23.00 paid bi-weekly.Access to resort facilities and programs.Room discounts on affiliate hotels/resorts Opportunities for professional growth and development.Health, Dental, Vision, Short term disability, 401K Supportive and dynamic work environment.About the Company The Resort at Longboat Key Club is a prestigious private club located in Longboat Key, FL, offering exceptional amenities, including world-class golf, tennis, dining, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.We pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled member experience in a beautiful island setting. .
