Position Description The Town of Marana is seeking Water Aerobic Fitness Instructors to work in the Parks and Recreation Department. This short-term temporary position is an exciting opportunity for a fitness professional interested in inspiring and engaging the community in health and wellness at the Marana Aquatics and Recreation Center. Pursuant to the Marana Town Code, Sections 3-1-2(D) and 3-1-3(B), and the current Salary Schedule implemented by the Town Manager, the position of Fitness Instructor is defined as a Temporary position. Temporary positions are at-will employees and employment may be terminated upon the will of the employer or employee at any time with or without cause. SCHEDULE : This position works a variable schedule based on operational needs, for up to 19 hours per week. Classes will likely take place in mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. DURATION
