We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented team member with excellent selling skills, communication ability, and proven experience in a boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality or spa environment. The Client Experience Team is the heart of our studio and plays a vital role in keeping our customers happy and thriving. Team members are responsible for delivering a high quality, personalized experience that is frictionless for our clients from start to finish. AVAILABILITY This is a part-time position. We're looking for someone who can work Monday evening and at least one other shift during the week for a total of 10-15 hours per week. There is also an opportunity to sub for other teammates when they need coverage. RESPONSIBILITIES Membership Sales · Focus on converting leads to 2-week new client introductory special · Interact in person and via text and phone with new client intro people · Lead the conversion conversation – from intro special to choosing a membership. Client Onboarding & Journey Support · Greet new guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service that encourages engagement · Ask questions about their goals and record key info. · Help them book future classes, answer their questions, and encourage them. Frontline Service (Hospitality) · Provide high touch service to all clients – make their experience one that is “supercharged” with pre-class attention and post-class support. · Work with instructors to create a seamless experience for all clients. · Make sure milestones and other surprise and delight items are delivered on time and with love. Client Question & Issue Resolution · Prioritize communications from clients via email, text, and phone. · Assess questions or issues for handling and response or escalation to manager. · Resolve questions or issues quickly and correctly. System & Process Execution · Become proficient in our studio management software systems. · Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising · Complete daily missions assigned to each shift including set up, during shift, cleaning, and closing. ABOUT YOU · You have a minimum of one year of excellent performance (from references) in a sales and client service role in the boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality or spa industry. · You’re passionate about fitness and wellness so that you represent the Chromacore brand in a great way. · People describe you as bright, charismatic, optimistic, with a can-do attitude. · You’ve got a natural ability to help people feel fantastic about their fitness journey. · The quality of “being present” with full attention while working definitely describes you. · When you are working, you are organized and proactive. · You’re eager to do more, be coached, and grow. · You have the ability to routinely sit, stand, bend, reach, walk and lift at least 30 pounds.
