Our client a well-known financial services firm is seeking a Fixed Income Trade Support / Middle Office Analyst to support a broad range of credit and fixed income products. This role will ensure the accurate execution, booking, and lifecycle management of trades. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a variety of fixed income instruments, including but not limited to bonds, loans, and structured products. Responsibilities: Support the full trade lifecycle across a range of fixed income products, including bonds, loans, and structured credit instruments Ensure accurate trade capture, booking, and allocation in internal systems Partner with trading desks to resolve trade discrepancies and ensure timely execution Monitor and manage trade settlements, cash flows, and position reconciliations Investigate and resolve breaks with counterparties, custodians, and internal teams Review trade documentation and confirm trade economics and details Coordinate with operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing Assist with corporate actions, lifecycle events, and ad hoc reporting Qualifications: 5-15 years of experience in trade support, middle office, or operations within fixed income Exposure to a variety of products such as corporate bonds, Treasuries, loans, CLOs, or structured credit preferred Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement processes Experience working with trading desks and front office stakeholders High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong Excel skills; familiarity with trading and settlement systems a plus
