We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Flatbed Lease Purchase Driver to join our team in Mesquite, TX, serving the San Antonio, Texas area. Job Responsibilities Operate flatbed trucks safely and efficiently across assigned routes, primarily within the San Antonio region and beyond. Ensure proper securing and handling of load materials to meet safety and regulatory standards. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs and documentation. Maintain communication with dispatchers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments. Adhere to all federal and state transportation regulations, including hours of service and safety protocols. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service. Skills Needed Valid CDL-A license with flatbed endorsement. Strong understanding of safety procedures and transportation regulations. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and secure loads properly. Good communication skills for effective coordination with dispatch and clients.
