Flatbed Truck Driver

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team in New Castle, DE, with routes connecting to San Jose, California. As a Flatbed Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight across regional and long-haul routes, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. Key Duties Include Loading and securing flatbed cargo to prevent damage during transit Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance Completing accurate documentation and delivery paperwork Maintaining communication with dispatch for route updates and customer coordination Adhering to all federal and state transportation laws and safety standards Skills Needed Valid CDL-A license with flatbed endorsement Strong understanding of load securement and safety procedures Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to operate and maintain flatbed equipment Flexibility to handle regional and long-distance routes Our drivers enjoy competitive pay ranging from $0.40 to $0.48 per mile, along with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
