About the Role We are expanding our Back2Life wellness and mobility program across multiple SNFs in the Bay Area and are seeking an NP or PA interested in a flexible, part-time, or side role supporting resident functional improvement. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working with older adults, values autonomy, and wants to contribute to resident progress without the demands of a traditional clinical caseload. What You’ll Do Provide wellness, mobility, and restorative support to SNF residents Deliver one-on-one sessions focused on functional movement, comfort, and improving daily activity Document resident participation and progress in alignment with facility protocols Collaborate with facility staff to support seamless program integration Maintain a strong, positive rapport with residents and interdisciplinary teams Work independently within a flexible, self-managed schedule What We’re Looking For Licensed NP or PA Experience in SNFs, geriatrics, or wellness-focused care (preferred but not required) Compassionate, reliable professional comfortable working autonomously Interest in a side role, supplemental hours, or highly flexible scheduling Why Join Us?
