Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Flexo Operator to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring high-quality production of printed materials.This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The Flexo Operator will play a crucial role in the packaging process, contributing to the overall success of our production line.Responsibilities Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.Set up press equipment and perform necessary adjustments for optimal performance.Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards are met throughout production runs.Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.Collaborate with prepress teams to ensure accurate file preparation and color matching.Fabricate and assemble components as needed for packaging solutions.Utilize forklift equipment safely for material handling within the production area.Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience operating Flexo Folder Gluer machines (e.g., Bobst, Ward, or similar) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications Familiarity with corrugated board types and box styles Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent preferred Join us as we continue to deliver exceptional packaging solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Addison, IL 60101 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Addison, IL 60101:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
