Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every client Maintain accurate session notes and support client retention Uphold our studio culture and standards of professionalism Help maintain a clean, organized, and happy work environment Schedule Required: Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Fridays 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Optional: Additional shifts available, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Additional hours may become available as we grow Qualifications Experience in a related field (fitness, wellness, movement, or bodywork) Certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA—or equivalent in personal training, yoga, Pilates, physical therapy, or massage Completion of the NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach certification prior to employment (employee-funded) Physically able to perform stretches and assist clients on/off the table (standing, bending, lifting required) Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others Willingness to grow with a team and contribute to a supportive, low-stress work culture Compensation & Perks $18/hour (base pay + tips) Free stretch sessions and sound lounge access Flexible scheduling (15–20 hours/week) Opportunity for full-time as the studio grows Supportive, positive team environment Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Application Question(s): What certifications/licenses do you hold? When did you earn them? This position has a required schedule of Fridays 8-3 and Saturdays 9-3. Are you able and willing to fill these shifts? There is a possibility of 1-2 other shifts per week, depending on client demand. What days & times would work best for you? How many hours per week are you available to work? All of our FlexPros are required to have the NASM Stretching and Flexibility coach certification. Are you willing and able to complete this certification at your own expense ($400) prior to beginning employment? We will offer future certification and CE reimbursement, but this initial certification is at the employee's expense. Work Location: In person
