In this lively role, you’ll be the friendly face assisting guests event space. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional guest service. Whether handling guest interactions, assisting with event setups, or ensuring safety protocols are followed, you’ll be at the heart of creating enjoyable and seamless experiences for everyone. Responsibilities Greeting guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their overall experience Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with kindness, professionalism, and tact Support food service operations Preforming cleaning and sanitizing tasks as needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during ticketing or merchandise sales Engage with children and families to foster a fun and inclusive environment during events or activities Requirements Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and engaging diverse audiences Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, climbing stairs Previous experience in food service or theater environments is a plus A positive attitude, energetic approach, and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences Enthusiasm for film, music, media is a huge plus!
