Floor Expert

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Floor Expert to join our team at Fortress Floors of Iowa.Fortress Floors of Iowa is an indoor/outdoor concrete coating company that transforms spaces into modern and stylish floors.The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing polyurea/flake flooring systems, grinding/sealing, polishing and staining concrete floors.Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.-Grinding and preparing floors for concrete coatings. Handling/operating power tools.-Operating large concrete grinder -Installing concrete coatings Qualifications -Must by 18years old. Reliable, Motivated and Trustworthy. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Able to work in fast paced environment that can be stressful at times. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
