Floor Server / Banquet Server

The Runway Grill at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sarasota Bradenton Airport is currently seeking a professional and reliable Floor Server / Banquet Server to join our team. As one of the highest-occupancy properties in the market with an upscale atmosphere and a steady local following, this is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who takes pride in service standards and teamwork. Schedule Requirements Core Shift: We are specifically looking for coverage for 3–5 dining room floor shifts per week . Typical Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Consistency: Applicants must be able to commit to a consistent schedule of 3–5 floor shifts weekly. Flexibility: Candidates with availability to assist (with advance notice) for occasional breakfast/lunch shifts and Banquets will receive top consideration. Compensation Compensation consists of a server hourly base wage plus tips and service charges. Because of our high occupancy rates and consistent local patronage, average compensation for our PM Floor Shifts is historically in excess of 30% or higher than local industry averages. Total hourly earnings depend on daily volume and the individual's commitment to high-level service, but our servers enjoy strong earning potential. Qualifications & Responsibilities Provide high-level, attentive service to both hotel guests and local patrons. Demonstrated ability to work well in a professional team environment. Maintain appropriate stock levels, clean/sanitize stations, and assist with running orders. Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Assist with hotel banquets and private events as scheduled.
