Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly assistance and directions to enhance their experience Monitor the floor to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to venue policies at all times Assist with crowd control during busy periods, ensuring smooth flow and preventing congestion Support event staff by providing timely information and helping coordinate guest movements Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all public areas of the venue Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages guest engagement Requirements Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Strong team spirit with a proactive attitude toward guest service and safety protocols Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support event schedules Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
