Cast Member Position Regal Cinemas at City North in Chicago is looking for part-time cast members who are passionate about movies and want to be part of delivering the best possible service, cleanliness, and movie-going experience to our guests in a diverse, fun, energetic and engaging environment. What you will do: Regal Floor Staff / Cast Members are the face of Regal and will provide guest service selling tickets, concessions and/or working as an usher. The availability to work weekends is a must. Weekday opening and/or closing availability is preferred. flexible scheduling, competitive pay and being part of the entertainment industry. Summary: Floor Staff team members are classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Floor Staff may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Floor Staff employees must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.
