Position Overview:The Floor Technician is responsible for completing specialty floor care services in our wide variety of customer accounts.The primary goal of this position is to provide quality services to each customer account and perform to the level of expectation of Clear Image Cleaning Service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(include, but are not limited to, the following) Clean and maintain facility conditions in each assigned account, including sweeping and mopping, and the operation of floor care machinery such as a floor scrubber, buffer, and burnisher, and to perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of floor care equipment.Minimum Qualifications: Driver's License HS Diploma/GED preferred but not required Must be able to lift up to 25lbs when needed Must have attention to detail Must have reliable transportation Days:7 Days Hours:9:30 PM - 1:30 AM Preferred Qualifications:Floor Care Experience 1 year.Job Type:Part-Time Pay Rate:$16.00 Per Hour Job Type:Part-time Pay:$16.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Referral program Experience:Floor care:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
