Floor Technician – Housekeeping Department Langdon Place of Keene – Keene, NH Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our Housekeeping Team! Position Highlights: Full-time schedule with competitive pay Supportive leadership and a positive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident comfort and facility appearance Responsibilities: Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing Maintain carpets through shampooing, extraction, and spot cleaning Ensure all equipment is used and stored safely and correctly Assist housekeeping team as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the building Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures Qualifications: Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to operate floor care equipment Strong attention to detail and reliability Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
