In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: This individual must be reliable, efficient, and motivated. Sweep and mop floors. Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces. Clean or shampoo carpets. Maintain equipment and supplies. Follow workplace safety standards. Requirements The Ideal Candidate: High school diploma preferred. Strong organization and execution skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work autonomously and within established guidelines, procedures, and practices.
