Position:Warehouse Associate Hours:Full-Time, 40 weekly hours; Monday-Friday Why join the team? Peek behind the scenes - a day in the life of a Flooring Warehouse Delivery Associate Prepare, stage, and organize flooring materials for daily installer pickups and deliveries.Perform onsite deliveries for flooring products Assist in coordinating installation schedules by ensuring materials are ready and properly allocated.Communicate with installers, sales team, and customer service regarding material needs, order status, and project updates.Support the creation of work orders, installer paperwork, and basic project documentation.Review project details, including measurements, diagrams, and scope of work, to ensure material accuracy.Receive incoming shipments, unload product, verify accuracy, and label materials using barcoding systems.Accurately store inventory in designated bin locations and maintain organized warehouse layout.Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.Operate warehouse equipment, including carpet cutting systems and scanners, in a safe and efficient manner.Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving, storage, and staging areas.Assist with resolving material or service issues in partnership with the customer service team.Provide general support to installers and answer basic questions regarding materials and job details.Coordinate with outside contractors as needed to support project timelines.Read and interpret basic construction drawings and installation diagrams.Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Who is a Fit For This Role? The ideal candidate will work well with others on the warehouse team and help promote teamwork and cooperation.This position will include some delivery of flooring products to our customers' homes.This position must always provide courteous and professional service to our customers.This position will be located in our Distribution Center which is climate-controlled year-round.Daytime hours.Do you have what it takes to shine in this role?
