Overview Join our dynamic team as a Floral Delivery Driver, where your enthusiasm and dedication will bring joy to our customers through timely and professional flower deliveries. As a key part of our delivery network, you'll ensure that beautiful floral arrangements reach their destinations safely and efficiently, creating memorable moments for our clients every day. This part time position is for 3-4 days a week, with the opportunity to work overtime during floral holidays (Valentine‘s Day and Mother‘s Day weekend). Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or courier vehicle, to deliver floral orders across designated routes. Load and unload flowers and delivery supplies, ensuring proper handling to maintain product quality. Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions about their orders, and ensuring a positive delivery experience. Load deliveries accurately according to order specifications, verifying addresses and delivery instructions before departure. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety and reliability on the road. Document delivery activities accurately, including completion of route logs, delivery confirmations, and incident reports if needed. Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred, especially with route driving in busy urban or suburban areas. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly throughout the shift. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving, heavy lifting, and vehicle maintenance ensures smooth daily operations.
