Floral Designer

We are looking for a experienced Floral Designer/ sales person to join our team.The Floral Designer will be responsible for creating custom floral arrangements, attending to customer requests, and maintaining the store's inventory.We offer competitive pay, paid time off, 401(K) and employee discounts.Experience in a retail floral shop is required Responsibilities:Create floral arrangements.Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials.Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.Keep track of flower orders and delivery dates.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to safety regulations when handling flowers and other materials.Clean & prep flowers, coolers, and all working areas.Update & maintain display areas Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$11.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience:Floral design:1 year (Required) Work Location:In person.
