Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our Prentice location (Northwestern hospital). The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of floral arrangements and provide good customer service. As a Floral Designer/Customer Service you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral arrangements to uplift customers. Job Responsibilities Duties Design and create floral arrangements with high quality for various occasions Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Follow established pricing and procedures with our operation Manage and process cut flowers/plants for your orders Assist customers with inquiries and orders over the phone and in person Wrap arrangements and ensure presentation meets company standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Other duties as required to assist with our shop operations Requirements: At least 1 year of floral design experience Customer service skills Ability to work independently Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic PC and POS skills Saturday availability Must work additional hours during busy floral seasons and holiday times. (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc...)
