Floral Designer

Experienced Floral Designer (Full-Time or Part-Time) Growing creative floral and retail business in the Bennington area is seeking an experienced floral designer to join our team. We are looking for someone with prior professional floral design and retail/customer service experience who can confidently step into a fast-paced environment with minimal training. This is a hands-on creative position involving: Everyday floral design Sympathy and funeral work Weddings and events Customer service and sales Flower processing and cooler upkeep Merchandising and seasonal displays Plants, gift retail, and seasonal projects The right candidate: Has professional floral design experience Works well independently and with a team Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Enjoys creativity while also handling fast-paced days Has strong customer service skills Takes initiative and stays productive without constant direction We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the meaningful side of this industry — helping customers through celebrations, milestones, and difficult moments with care and creativity. Open to full-time or part-time for the right fit. Monday through Saturday availability required.
