Flower Farm Field Worker / Farm Hand Overview Gardens of Arcadia is a family-owned flower farm in Arcadia, Indiana specializing in garden roses and specialty flowers. We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members to help with outdoor farm operations during the growing season, with opportunity for long-term growth. Responsibilities Watering and basic plant care Weeding and field maintenance Assisting with planting and harvesting flowers Cutting and processing roses and flowers Applying fertilizers and assisting with general farm tasks Keeping work areas clean and organized Occasionally assisting with bouquet preparation and flower handling Qualifications Reliable transportation to Arcadia, IN Comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions Able to walk, bend, and perform outdoor field work Dependable and punctual Farm, landscaping, nursery, gardening, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required Pay $16–18/hour to start depending on experience, with opportunity for growth for reliable workers.
