FOH and/or BOH

Dick's Primal Burger is seeking energetic, friendly and experienced staff members to join the team! Must be available for and willing to work night shifts for weekdays and weekends (we close at 9pm and you will be out by 10pm, usually) FOH- **21 years of age or older highly preferred. We have a full bar, but experience as a bartender is not required. Experience working Front of House in a counter service or table service restaurant IS required. Experience with utilizing a POS system to enter orders, a must. BOH- Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment. Ability to cook meats to temperature and work under pressure. Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols. Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members. We focus on healthy food and high quality casual service. We are a burger joint featuring lots of local and sustainable fare. Customers appreciate our attention to detail with any special dietary needs they may have...and they show their appreciation with good tips!
