Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, utilizing POS systems and performing basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Make coffee, Drinks, cocktails. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Familiarity with POS systems including TOAST POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices required to maintain high standards of cleanliness Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of OpenTable reservations system or similar platforms is a plus Demonstrated upselling abilities to increase sales while enhancing guest enjoyment Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment!
