OUTSIDER BBQ FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER SeaTac Location | Full-Time & Part-Time Outsider BBQ is a high-volume Texas-style BBQ restaurant built around real hospitality, fast-paced service, and craft barbecue. We are opening a new location in the city of SeaTac and are looking for dependable, energetic FOH team members who enjoy working with people, moving with urgency, and being part of a strong team culture. This is not a traditional restaurant server role. We are a counter-service operation where teamwork, speed, communication, and hospitality matter. THE ROLE This is a hands-on, high-volume hospitality position. You will be expected to: Take guest orders accurately and efficiently Help guests navigate the menu and answer questions about our food Run food and maintain smooth service flow during rushes Prepare sandwiches and assist with order assembly when needed Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized front counter area Work closely with BOH to ensure fast and accurate ticket execution Assist with catering, events, and off-site service when needed Deliver genuine hospitality while moving with urgency This is a team-first environment. Everyone helps wherever needed.
