Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Coordinator to lead our dining operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences. Supervise kitchen staff, servers, and catering teams to maintain efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Manage daily shift operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Oversee food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and dietary accommodations to meet health guidelines. Collaborate with management to plan menus, monitor inventory levels, and control food costs effectively. Lead training sessions on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence. Support banquet events, catering services, and special functions by coordinating staff and ensuring seamless execution. Requirements Proven experience in food production, cooking, or food preparation within a hospitality or restaurant environment. Demonstrated management skills with supervising experience in food service management or restaurant management roles. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety standards and dietary requirements. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision, training, and motivation. Familiarity with food handling regulations, sanitation protocols, and customer service principles. Experience in managing shifts in busy restaurant or catering settings is highly desirable. Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is preferred; certifications in food safety are a plus.
