Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all areas of the food and beverage department including but not limited to the grill, beverage car and banquet services by ensuring that product quality and service standards are met. This position has a great deal of importance, since it handles not only the daily food and beverage operations, but the tournament and banquet business as well. The position works closely with the General Manager and Golf Professional Staff to coordinate successful daily operations and events. Responsibilities include Purchasing all food & beverage inventory Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising all food and beverage staff establishing customer service standards Control costs, maximize sales, manage inventories, and create/implement internal controls Ensure successful operation of special events, tournaments, and daily food service Adhere to all safety, sanitation, food preparation, food storage and alcohol beverage control policies Keep records on inventory, alcohol purchases, etc. on a monthly basis Compensation: Position eligible to recieve event gratuity and daily cash tips Experience: Golf Course, Restaurant, or Event experience preferred, but willing to train the right person with management experience Pay: $34,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: In person
