Food & Beverage Manager Lynda’s at The Ocean Club South Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida Lynda’s at The Ocean Club is seeking an experienced and highly professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead both Front of House and Back of House operations in an upscale private club and restaurant environment. This is a hands-on leadership position for an individual who understands hospitality excellence, team accountability, guest experience, and operational efficiency in a country club or high-end dining setting. Responsibilities Professionally manage all daily Front of House and Back of House operations Lead, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant and kitchen staff Maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction Oversee food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and operational consistency Manage labor costs, inventory controls, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Coordinate private events, member functions, and banquet operations Create a positive, professional, and accountable team culture Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage management experience Country club, private club, resort, or upscale restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to professionally manage both service and kitchen operations Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost controls Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required Compensation Compensation package will be based on experience and qualifications.
