Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests while overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will manage staff, coordinate service, and ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service. You will drive the quality and efficiency of food and beverage service, ensuring that all standards and policies are met while fostering a positive working environment for the team. Your leadership skills, knowledge of food and beverage trends, and commitment to service excellence will greatly contribute to the success of our dining experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train, mentor, and schedule food and beverage staff to maintain high levels of service. Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and responding to guest feedback and concerns. Assist in the development and implementation of menus, pricing, and promotions for the food and beverage outlets. Conduct inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize expenses and maximize profitability. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across all areas of the hotel. Prepare reports on service performance, labor costs, and inventory for management review. Promote a positive team environment while maintaining professionalism and high standards. Support administrative functions of the Food and Beverage department, including maintaining operational records, preparing reports, and assisting with scheduling and documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager. <
