Description Food Court Supervisor Summary Under direct supervision of the Director, provides general supervision for the Food & Beverage daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of service for Food & Beverage functions. Responsible for quality control of items being server Trains team members, organizes workloads, directs staff and provides proper coverage as needed. Ensures the interior surroundings are safe, clean, and professional. Responsible for maintaining supplies and service ware. Creates schedules according to functions. Provides exceptional service to all guests. Performs and monitors payroll functions for FC/Deli staff. Counseling, and/or disciplinary action and other supervisory responsibilities. Works with the Food & Beverage Department to coordinate all functions. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
