Food expediter

Duties include Inspect each plate for presentation, portion, and quality before it leaves the kitchen. Communicate clearly and calmly with chefs, line cooks, and servers to keep service running smoothly. Prioritize and organize multiple tickets during peak service hours. Assist with garnishing, plating, and final touches when needed. Maintain a clean and organized expo station, ensuring all tools and supplies are ready for service. Support the team in handling special requests, dietary needs, and last-minute changes.
