Food - General Manager 5 Martin, TN 38238 On site Top 10% salary range of current industry Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience – 5 years Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years 5+ years of food-service management with direct operational ownership of multi-outlet environments (residential dining, retail, and catering) 5+ years of P&L/financial ownership for a unit: responsible for budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost control, cash control, and payroll oversight, and delivering against financial targets 5+ years managing other managers and serving as the primary client contact: supervised manager-level direct reports What You Bring: Food service management experience, ideally in a campus environment; Strong financial skills, P&L experience; a work history demonstrating strong leadership and hospitality skills and the ability to work collaboratively; the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; Knowledge of compliance with food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards; The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
